The First EuroSkal Congress will be the starting point of a closer collaboration among European Clubs.

At the President’s Board Meeting on Saturday, open to all members as well, we will discuss the possibilities of a closer alliance of European Skal Clubs. With a strong European Skal feeling, we will gain more influence on the further development of Skal. Attendance and participation of a wide representation of Presidents and Board Members of all European Skal Clubs will be the key factor for the success of this Congress.
