Il 3? Young Skal International Symposium ? stato un nuovo modo di conoscere e di affrontare le problematiche e le condizioni della nuova generazione Y e al tempo ha rappresentato una grande svolta nella storia dello Skal International. Il Symposium si ? svolto a Roma dall?11 al 14 Marzo 2015 presso il prestigioso Hotel Savoy,struttura diretta da Roberto Necci, Responsabile dello Young Skal nonch? Presidente dell?Associazione Direttori d?Albergo e Membro del Direttivo della Federalberghi Roma.
Il tema conduttore del congresso ? stato la generazione Y che sta cambiando l?esperienza del viaggio e che richiede ?Professionisti? al passo dei tempi. Si chiamano anche Millennials e sono gli appartenenti alla generazione nata fra l?inizio degli anni ?80 e la fine degli anni ?90, quella che oggi sta rivoluzionando l?esperienza del viaggio attraverso il cambiamento dei comportamenti di acquisto e di fruizione dei servizi turistici.
Scoprire l?impatto che questa generazione, una volta raggiunte posizioni decisionali sia sul lavoro che nella vita, avr? sull?industria del travel ? stato l?obiettivo, come ribadiscono il Presidente dello Skal Roma Augusto Minei, i vice Presidenti Ruggero Ruggeri e Germano Gaudenzi.
Grazie all?attivit? di promozione svolta a Citt? del Messico, in occasione del Congresso Mondiale dello Skal International, dal Consigliere internazionale di Skal Italia nonch? Segretario di Skal Roma, Antonio Percario ? stata assegnata allo Skal di Roma l?organizzazione della terza edizione dello Young Skal International Symposium, il raduno mondiale di tutti gli Young.
Un avvenimento che non succedeva da oltre 50 anni, quando Roma ebbe il Congresso Mondiale
Nei due giorni del Symposium si ? svolto un confronto costante sui temi selezionati:

The 3rd Young Sk?l International Symposium aims to be a new way to understand and address the issues and conditions of the new generation Y and at the same time wants to be a major turning point in the history of Sk?l International.
The Symposium will be held in Rome from 11 to March 14, 2015 at the prestigious Savoy Hotel, directed by Roberto Necci, Head of Rome Young Sk?l and Responsible of the Symposium as well as Chairman of the Hotel Directors Association and Member of the Board of Hotel Association in Rome.
During the two-days Symposium, will be organized a series of Panel Discussions, where Young will be the stars of proposals and the main players on a constant comparison on selected topics such as:
The new figure of the Young Entrepreneur & Tourism Manager: hyper-connected, open, flexible. Role potential and critical role.
Networking: the strength of the Network.
The Young Sk?l Member: for a purposeful and active presence in the world of Sk?l International.
Mentoring: a constructive synergy and knowledge transfer between Senior and Young Members.
The Main Goal of the Symposium will be Discovering the impact that Y Generation will have on the Travel Industry, as well as highlighting new effective guidance to support the Young Members, with the aim of developing their growth in every phase: in start-up business projects to consolidate their managerial skills; in building and activating effective international business relations; in the generational shift; and in the awareness of media about their role, both current and prospective.
As well as Understanding the needs of Generation Y that is revolutionizing the experience of traveling through the change of purchasing and using services and that requires “PROFESSIONALS” moving with the times.
